Happy Pet Shop: Return & Refund Policy

At Happy Pet, every product is designed with love for pets and their humans. We want our customers to come back for more fun merchandise all the time, so here’s our clear and transparent return and refund policy: 

All Sales Are Final 

 Once an order is placed, it cannot be returned or exchanged. We encourage you to please double-check our size chart and product details carefully before adding items to your cart. We do not accept returns or exchanges for reasons such as ordering the wrong size, a change in color preference, or simply a change of mind after purchase.

Exceptions (Rare but Possible) 

We will only step in with a replacement or a refund to the original payment source if:

  • The product you receive is damaged (e.g., torn, stained, faulty print).,
  • You receive the wrong item (e.g., incorrect design, incorrect size from what was ordered).,

If that happens, please contact us at (comms@happypet.care) within 48 hours of delivery. Kindly include your Order ID and clear photos or a video of the damaged or incorrect product for our team to verify. Our team will fetch a quick solution for you!

  • All requests for replacement or refund due to damage or incorrect items must be made within 48 hours from the delivery date. We will not be able to accommodate requests made after this period.,
  • We hold the right to reject any claims if we determine that the product does not qualify for an exception based on the conditions outlined above.,
